In Georgia, cheese has been made for centuries, or cheese production in other countries dates back to 4,000 years, and cheese found in Georgia 8,000 years ago. The Georgians have developed a variety of cheese extraction technologies, some of which are lost today. The word "qvevri" that is first mentioned is of course wine, though very few people know that Georgians made wine in qvevri except wine. Georgia is considered a homeland of wine, though the tradition of cheese making dates back centuries.

Private enterprise "Luka-Theo" located in Chakvi
1. Glass cheese produced in Khulo and Shuakhevi villages
2. "rotten cheese" produced by residents of Khulo and surrounding villages
3. Village. Cesar s Diocesan Enterprise
4. and also Cheese cheese prepared in the highlands of Ajara and summer lakes (1800-3000 m).
The route will attract locals as well as tourists from all over Europe who are interested in cheese making and technology, as well as gourmet tourists for whom every new flavor is very important.
The route will start in the direction of Ajara in Khulo where tourists will see all the Chechens of Ajara and will take part in tasting and cooking.
